You might be asking – what does all this have to do with a customer list? Visualize Your MLM Business Goals

A network marketing business requires a very special mindset. It requires you to have unyielding persistence and intense focus. But if you think about it, both of these things need a clear concise direction in which you need to travel. In other words, you need goals!

One mental tool that people of all types and occupations have been using for years is visualization. What this means is that they visualize in their mind’s eye what they want to accomplish and where they want to be in the future. It’s not simply a matter of seeing that new house or new car that you want to get, you have to intensify that vision as much as possible. I think everybody visualizes things they would like to have. But when you commit to getting those things, then it becomes a goal.

So when this mental pictures (or like to have’s) becomes your goals, then you have to crank it up a few notches. Your internal pictures need more details. They need colors, they need sounds, they need actions, and they even need odors if possible. Adjust the intensity of all these attributes. In other words, try making the colors in mental image brighter, try making the sounds louder, and so forth. Another thing you can do is to blow up those pictures in your mind. If you want to cultivate a successful MLM business, then you must assume the role of a capable leader because you will need to create a productive team. This be the case, you need to seek out every opportunity possible to stretch yourself and fit into that role. Let us look at a two (2) things that you can start doing immediately.

Believe it or not, you do not need to cold call to build your network marketing business. That technique is not only a thing of the past, it simply doesn’t work anymore. People have become so calloused to sales pitches and solicitations that they see them coming a mile away.

Folks are using all sorts of tools to block the attempts of sales people. They are employing pop-up blockers, spam filters, and do not call lists – just to name a few. And now that we can see our caller ID, many of us don’t even answer the phone anymore unless we know the caller. And if you are like me, I hardly ever even answer my door when the bell rings unless I am expecting someone.

So what makes you think you could make it as a cold caller in this environment?

If you want to build your MLM business and would like to recruit a killer high octane team, then you need to employ other methods. You need to have people calling you instead.
