Why Everyone Should Want A Network Marketing Business
It is amazing to think that in America, someone is starting a new network marketing business every 11 seconds. In addition, over 55% of Americans have purchased a network marketing product or service and more than 13 million people in at least one of these transactions.
There are very good reasons why network marketing has been called the people’s franchise as these MLMs allow virtually anyone to get started in a business for very low risk capital investment.
- Let us look at some of the major benefits of a network marketing business compared to a traditional franchise investment:
- Low startup costs typically of a few hundred dollars compared to franchise fees ranging from $50,000 to $1 million or more
- No employees in contrast to the hassle of hiring, firing, and managing employees
- Flexible hours as opposed to a fixed set of hours designed to serve the public
- The ability to leverage your time and efforts by earning income from the efforts of many others
- Tremendous tax advantages allowing you to potentially write off your lifestyle
- Freedom of choice in determining with whom, where, and when you work
- Unlike traditional franchising, no need to pay royalties back to your parent company
- The potential for long term residual income, allowing you to profit from the efforts of those you introduce, even if you should eventually retire from actively building your business
Is it any wonder why we should all want a piece of this action? The benefits of running your own MLM business are plentiful compared to traditional businesses.

I did the corporate thing for years and then owned my own traditional business for over 12 years. I was a slave to both. Network marketing gives a person so much more freedom with so much less overhead, I am not sure what took me so long to find Network Marketing.

Jennifer,
I couldn’t agree with you more. I also had a traditional business for over 8 years and worked my butt off. Then slaved away in the corporate world for about 15 years. Network marketing is definitely the way to go. Flexible hours, infinite income, … ah yes
